Frequent Referral Program Do you want to earn a free week's vacation on Marco Island? Join our frequent referral program! For each referral that is converted into a rental (minimum one week stay), you earn one point. After 3 successful referrals (or 3 points), you may redeem them for a 1 week stay at our condo for your paradise vacation! Redemption dates are May thru November and are good for 12 months). There is no limit to the amount of points you may accrue, however a one week vacation per year is allowed. (Program perameters may be changed at any time. What is the minimum rental time frame? 7 days is the minimum rental period
What are the check in and check out times? Check is approximately 2-3 pm and Check out is 11:00 AM Where do we pick up keys and register? Our local rental agent will provide your with a "welcome packet" prior to your arrival which will give you all the information. What is the procedure for reserving the condo? Simply complete the reservation request in this website. You will be contacted by our rental agent to confirm dates and give you instructions on what to do upon arrival, etc. Where is your condo located on the beach? South Seas Condominium #4 is the last building on the north end of the crescent beach. This is the ideal location because there are no buildings to obstruct the beautiful condo views of the gulf and bird sanctuary. Are there laundry facilities? Yes, there are laundry rooms located on each floor. Is there a cleaning fee? The cleaning fee is included in the rental fee. How far is the beach? Our condo is directly on the beach. It is approximately 100 yards to the water's edge. It is also in close proximity to popular Tigertail beach which rents cabanas, water toys and offers snacks and a grill. What is the view from your condo? The lanai overlooks the Tigertail Beach area, the gulf and the bird sanctuary. Unlike other condos on the beach, we do not have interference of another building to block the view. Because we have an outside entrance on the 11th floor, there is also a balcony that overlooks Marco Island How far are restaurants and shopping? Marco Island offers an abundance of shopping and dining (formal or informal) approximately 1/2 mile from the entrance. Are there any grocery stores nearby? Yes, there are several grocery stores if you'd prefer to use the fully equipped kitchen. Is there a gourmet coffee shop nearby? Yes! Starbucks is approximately 5 minutes from our condo. If you'd prefer to walk, Tigertail Beach offers specialty coffees. Is there golf? There are over 40 golf courses in the Marco area. Is there a charge for any of the facilities? There is no charge for the use of the heated pool or the physical fitness room. There are charges for tennis and to rent a boat slip. What are the parking arrangements? There is a $20 parking fee per car for the duration of your stay. One vehicle is allowed to park in the covered parking area. From the parking area, there is convenient access to the elevators. Carts are also available for transporting luggage or shopping bags! If there is a second car, it must be parked in the outside lot. What is the closest airport? The closest international airport is Fort Myers (Southwest Florida International Airport). It is approximately 50 minutes to the condo. What if I have questions about the condo during our stay? We have a local rental agent who will handle any questions you may have. |
